Capo Smash — our take on the classic. Cheddar, lettuce, pickle, burger sauce. Done smash-style for maximum crust and flavour.
Yaletown — a burger built for the iconic neighbourhood that inspired it. Bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheddar, onion ring.
OPUS — a nod to our sister property. caramelized onion, lettuce, swiss, bacon jam — elevated and unmistakably Capo.
Yes, all served with Capo’s iconic matchstick fries.
BOWLS —
