Join us for an intimate dinner celebrating Negretti — the family winery from the heart of Barolo country — paired course-by-course with Capo's house-made pastas and seasonal Italian dishes, thoughtfully selected by Vinterra Wines.
From a crisp Langhe Chardonnay to two iconic Barolos (Mirau & Bricco Ambrogio 2017), every pour tells a story. Finish with limoncello and our specialty tiramisu.

Negretti Barolo Mirau 2017 - Piedmont, Italy
Powerful and distinctive, this Barolo reveals exotic aromas of incense, sandalwood, turmeric, and black licorice, layered with dark berries and subtle spice. Structured tannins frame a complex, lingering finish with mystical depth. Fermented with skins in temperature-controlled steel and aged for 24 months in large swiss oak, enhancing its richness and character.

Negretti Chardonnay 2023 - Piedmont, Italy
Elegant and vibrant, this Chardonnay opens with white flowers and yellow petals, layered with peach and subtle white chocolate notes. Fresh acidity balances a creamy texture, finishing long with hints of star anise and mint. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak and aged on lees for 10–12 months, adding depth and complexity.
Negretti Barolo Bricco Ambrogio 2017 - Piedmont, Italy
Rich and structured, this Barolo shows aromas of ripe raspberry, bitter orange peel, black pepper, and subtle woody notes. Powerful yet balanced, its firm tannins and vibrant acidity lead to a long, mineral-driven finish. Fermented with skins in temperature-controlled steel and aged in French oak for 24 months, building depth and elegance.
Negretti Nebbiolo D’Alba Minot 2020 - Piedmont, Italy
Bright and elegant, this Nebbiolo opens with violet, fresh chamomile, and menthol notes, layered with red currant and subtle earthy nuances. Silky and refined on the palate, it finishes with soft hints of vanilla. Fermented with skins in temperature-controlled steel and aged in French oak for 12 months, adding structure and finesse.
